Here is a list of questions that are most commonly

Q: Is Delta Alpha Chi a Registered Student Organization (RSO)?
A: Yes. Delta Alpha Chi is the first and only Christian sorority to be recognized by Florida State University. We are fully registered with their Student Organizations Program.
Q: Can I still pledge Delta Alpha Chi if I am unable to attend all of the events during rush week?
A: If you cannot attend all events, we ask that you make prior arrangements with our President or Vice President. However, keep in mind that these rush events are very important to us. Our active sisters want to get to know you!
Q: I don't have a car but I want to rush. What do I do?
A: There are plenty of active sisters who would love to take you to everything! We will have a carpool list for you to sign up for if you decide to rush.
Q: I'm interested in joining Delta Alpha Chi, but I don't want to wait until next semester! How can I get involved now?
A: We would love to welcome you to attend our small groups on Sunday as well as our Worship services. If these events don't work for you, we would love to spend time apart from them getting to know you. Contact any of our sisters for more information!
Q: Where/When are chapter meetings held?
A: Currently, chapter meetings are held at the Episcopal University Center at Ruge Hall. The specifics of each chapter meeting are as follows:

6:00 PM - Executive Board Meeting
7:00 PM - Business Meeting
The last Sunday of every month, there will be no Executive Board Meeting or Small Group. Formal Chapter will begin at 7:00 PM. For more information, contact our President or Vice President!
Q: Where/When are pledge meetings held?
A: Pledge meetings are held Sunday nights at the Episcopal University Center at Ruge Hall. Pledges attend meetings separate from the active sisters until initiation. For more information and times, contact our Pledge Trainer!
Q: What will be expected of me during my pledge semester?
A: Throughout your pledge semester, you will be required to attend all of your pledge meetings, take quizzes and a pledge test. You will also participate in a Bible Study, and have the opportunity to attend all of our service projects and socials. For more information, contact our Pledge Trainer!
This may seem like a lot, but all of our active sisters are here to help and encourage you every step of the way!
Q: Are there any minimum GPA requirements?
A: Yes. All active sisters and pledges must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Q: Are there any leadership opportunities during my pledge semester?
A: Yes! Each pledge class will elect a Pledge Class President - she will be in charge of organizing the pledge class sleepover and encouraging deeper relationships within the pledge class. Following your pledge semester, you will have the opportunity to run for additional leadership positions. For more information, contact anyone on leadership!
Q: How many actives and pledges are currently in Delta Alpha Chi?
A: As of Spring 2018, there are about 25 active sisters!
Q. How much are dues?
A: During the pledge semester, dues are $350 and must be received by the Treasurer before initiation. Every semester following the pledge semester, dues are $300. For more information, contact our Treasurer!
Q: What kinds of socials are there to participate in?
A: We currently have semi-formal, dance marathon, formal, parent's weekend, retreat etc. These events will vary each semester. For more information, contact our Social Chair!
Q: What kinds of service projects are there to participate in?
A: Throughout the semester, we have mandatory service projects as well as many other service opportunities. These will vary each semester. For more information, contact our Service Chair!
